Sixty One (61) representatives composed of administrators, principal, board of trustees, and teachers from 27 Philippine Schools overseas in eight (8) countries namely: Bahrain, Greece, Kuwait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Libya, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates participated in the conference.
Two (2) representatives from the Philippine Embassies in Riyadh and Muscat also attended.
